In another room, Le Pain Quotidien, the Belgian bakery with over 140 locations around the world, will be offering samples of its delicious organic breads and spreads. Belgian waffles will be prepared outside (weather permitting) by chefs from Locolat, an authentic Belgian café on Florida Avenue, and Embassy chef Jan Van Haute.
